1.1 The bench accords with the standard of "IEC 60736:1982 Testingequipment for electrical energy meters", "IEC 62053".
1.2The bench uses three phase wide range multifunctional reference meter, and uses reference energy method to test the error. It can be used to test three phase reference energy meter,three phase multifunctional energy meter,three phase intelligent energy meter (up to 0.2 class).
1.3 The bench can automatically do starting test, no load test (creep test), error test (accuracy test), deviation test, 24h variation test and so on.
1.4 It can do the influence tests caused by voltage,frequency, Harmonicand so on.
1.5 Multifunction test: can test the timing error of the day of the multifunction meter; can test the period switching error of the multifunction meter; every meter has RS485 (RS232) communication port, to check the communication protocols and a variety of internal registers of the multifunction meter.
1.6The energy meter hanging rack is made by Aluminum compound. The test bench can be installed scanning head, it can offer 3 ranges adjustment. It is also can be accepted the signal for both round-style energy meter and 200HZ digital LED energy meter.
2. Features
2.1 The multifunction reference meter and power source can be used independently, and it is convenient to repair.
2.2 The bench is using the PWM, technology to amplify voltage/currentoutput, the high efficiency at >85%, and lower the heat. The PWM cancheck the malfunction checking, preset, alarm, and protection.
2.3 The MTS software platform is very powerful, the main operations arein one interface, the operation is extremely easy; and with the SQLSERVER large databases, it is security and stability, the amount of data isalmost unlimited.
2.4 The bench is using the error processor system to calculate the error ofeach energy meter by the sub-error system which can be connected by theinternal RS485(RS232).
2.5 Every meter has pulse input port. And it is no need second wiring in the process.
2.6 With the server, multi-meters can be tested at one time.
2.7 The test bench has the auto-search black marker function which canprecisely locate the black marker .
2.8 Automatic range switching. The bench can choose to operate bykeyboard or PC which is very convenient.
2.9 Electronic protection in case of over load, short circuit and output current open status.
